Refund policy
At DropToYou, we want to guarantee our customers' satisfaction. Below are the return conditions applicable to all orders.
1. Return period
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of receipt of the order. For customers residing in the European Union, this period includes the right of withdrawal in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
2. Conditions for accepting a return
For a return to be approved:
- The item must be unused.
- It must be in its original condition.
- It must retain its original packaging.
DropToYou reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Return costs
The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. No restocking fees will be applied. The original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of a defective product or shipping error.
4. Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns of:
- Products marked as final sale.
- Personalized products.
- Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards.
5. Defective or incorrect products
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. In these cases, DropToYou may offer: Replacement at no additional cost, or Full refund.
6. Return process
Before making any return, the customer must contact us at:

- Order number
- Full name
- Reason for return
Once the request has been approved, the corresponding instructions will be provided.
7. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and reviewed, notification of the approval or rejection of the refund will be provided. If approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 5 to 10 business days.
8. International considerations
For orders outside the European Union, return costs may vary depending on the destination country and international logistics conditions. Any customs duties or fees arising from the return, if any, will be the responsibility of the customer.
