Shipping policy

1. Shipping area

DropToYou ships internationally. Delivery conditions and times may vary depending on the destination country.

2. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

3. Delivery times

Due to our logistics model based on external suppliers, delivery times may vary.

Spain:

Between 7 and 15 business days.

European Union:

Between 7 and 18 business days.

Rest of the world:

Between 10 and 25 business days, depending on the destination country.

These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

- Logistical delays

- High demand

- Customs procedures

- Border controls

- Extraordinary circumstances

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be clearly indicated before you complete your purchase. Any promotions offering free shipping will be expressly specified.

5. Order tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with tracking information, when available.

6. Delays and causes beyond our control

DropToYou will not be responsible for delays resulting from:

- Carrier incidents

- Customs holds

- Incorrect address provided by the customer

- Failure to collect the package

- Force majeure

However, the Owner will act diligently to resolve any incident.

7. Customs and taxes

For orders within the European Union, the price will include applicable taxes in accordance with current regulations.

For shipments outside the European Union, the customer will be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their country of destination.

DropToYou is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

8. Loss or damage to the package

If the order is lost or arrives damaged, the customer must notify us as soon as possible.

The risk of loss or damage will be transferred to the consumer at the moment they acquire physical possession of the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
